How do you balance life and work?

This question can have a hidden meaning. The interviewer may be looking for information regarding your personal life (i.e. are you married with children). This sample interview question is asked because the interviewer wants to know whether you are a person who achieves their goals.

"My career goal has always been simple: to work with a company where I believe in their mission. Since I've done exactly that, my career has been successful.
